I talk about my mental health and about having a mental illness which I had from an early age and didn’t get treated until I was in my 30s when I got sectioned and was the start of my life again, to celebrate 50 years of Hip Hop I talk about female Hip Hop and who’s my favourite female Hip Hop artist is and why I love and favour female Hip Hop and I also talk about when I met Aaliyah when she came to my school in 1997 in a promo tour with music and she performed two well-known songs.
