Join me in the next instalment of my podcast I recorded it last year but found it on my computer again so I thought since it’s recorded, I might as well put it up. I talk about my mental health and about having a mental illness which I had from an early age and didn’t get treated until I was in my 30s when I got sectioned and was the start of my life again, to celebrate 50 years of Hip Hop I talk about female Hip Hop and who’s my favourite female Hip Hop artist is and why I love and favour female Hip Hop and I also talk about when I met Aaliyah when she came to my school in 1997 in a promo tour with music and she performed two well-known songs. Music from Ginuwine, Noir, Aaliyah and Timbaland & Magoo.
Join me in this third instalment of my podcast, where I talk about going to my first rave when I was four, when I went to a rave called Sunrise Back To The Future on 12th August 1989. The rave scene at that time was illegal raves, which were soon clamped down on in 1992 when there new laws were put in place to deal with the various “problems.” It was quite a big event and drew thousands of people to a field to party all night. The raves at the time were due to the second Summer Of Love, which happened in 1988 in the UK and lasted until 1992, but never died and have had a few resurgences of the rave scene. With music from Steve Silk Hurly, Doug Lazy, Deva, Black Box and Joe Smooth.
Join me in this second podcast and a New Year’s special recorded on New Year’s Eve or just after 12 when the fireworks died down. I briefly discuss going out raving, and the last time I went out, I found a complex of old tracks I used to have but had lost due to swapping computers when it broke and deleting my old Google accounts. Also, my top ten House tracks I’ve liked on YouTube and used to have and play a lot. With music from Yousef, Hot Natured, Dusky, Tchami, Tensnake, Sabrina Chyld, Amine & Edge, Storm Morgan, Endor and Kate Simko. I’ve created a playlist of all the music I’ve chosen for this episode, so feel free to visit the playlist and like the tracks for your leisure and entertainment.Â
Join me in the first podcast episode where I talk a little about myself including my time in university studying algorithms, computers, and computer design. Tv work, promoting, why I love music and how I make music, a bit about me being on the BBC news for two seconds about institutional racism, mental health, whoring aka clout chasing, the good old art of promoting and the lack of opportunities compared to the 90s and early 2000s, and more. With music from Ezee Pose, Offset and Cardi B, Martin Ikin, Salt ‘n’ Pepa, Madonna and Notion. I made a playlist of all the music I have chosen for this episode so feel free to go to the playlist and like the tracks for your leisure and entertainment.Â
